1. Do NOT redistribute my packages in any kind of way, shape or format. 

2. Do NOT make any of the avatars public.

3. NO uploads to other users accounts. (This service is purchasable by me) 

4. Do NOT claim as your own.

6. Price splitting avatar packages is NOT allowed.

7. The avatars you buy from my shop are NOT refundable.

8. You MAY make edits to the avatars you have bought from my store but please credit the base avatar to me. 

9. If you wish to use my model/s for any kind of media/platform like Instagram/TikTok/Youtube/Vtube/Twitch/P0rnhub,etc. you MUST credit my shop with a link somewhere VISIBLE, on your page/description/video/etc!

10. I am NOT responsible for any updates that break the avatars, or any edits you have done that break the avatars in any way, it is up to the customer to fix their issues regarding that.

11. Your license (personal) is ONLY valid if you provide the appropriate information asked at check out (Full discord tag + VRC name).

13. You must credit my creations when used in any kind of media, content, or related representation even if there are edits to the avatar. Please credit with: GOLDSPICE @ linktr.ee/goldspice

This digital asset is protected by Copyright Law, illegal distribution and failure to abide by the given Terms of Service of the said asset can be subjected to fines between $200 to $150,000, infringer pays actual dollar amount of damages and profits made by said stolen asset, the infringer will pay all attorney fees and court costs, illegal iterations of the stolen work can be impounded and possible jail time.
